Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain English, what CoDynamics Lab collects on codynamicslab.com and how that information is used.
1. What We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, CoDynamics Lab may collect:
- contact information you send directly, such as your name, email address, company name, or message content;
- basic web request data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and referring page;
- analytics event data collected through Google Analytics, such as page views, scroll depth, outbound clicks, video engagement, and download interactions.
2. How We Use It
CoDynamics Lab uses this information to:
- respond to inbound questions, support requests, investor outreach, and licensing conversations;
- understand how visitors use the site and which pages or materials are most useful;
- improve product messaging, licensing flows, and investor materials;
- protect the site and related infrastructure from abuse or misuse.
3. Sharing
CoDynamics Lab does not sell visitor data. Information may be processed by standard infrastructure and analytics providers that help run the site or business workflows, such as hosting, email, analytics, or payment providers. Data is shared only to the extent needed to operate those services.
4. Self-Hosted Product Data
The LATCH self-hosted runtime is designed so customer documents stay on customer-controlled infrastructure. This site does not claim ownership of documents processed in a customer’s own environment. Operational and licensing telemetry may still exist in the product path where the runtime or licensing system requires it, but the public marketing site itself is not the place where customer source documents are uploaded or stored.
5. Cookies and Analytics
codynamicslab.com currently uses Google Analytics 4 for site analytics. That means analytics-related cookies or similar measurement technologies may be used. The site is currently aimed at a US B2B audience and does not use ad-targeting pixels or sell audience data.
6. Data Requests
If you want to ask what information CoDynamics Lab has from a direct interaction, or want a deletion request considered for contact data you submitted directly, email mike@codynamicslab.com.
7. Updates
This page may be updated as the product, licensing flow, analytics stack, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected here.
